ADAM LLOYD
BKIN, CSCS, PN-2
Owner & CEO
Peak Performance Expert, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach
Adam believes in taking an integrated holistic approach to human health and performance based on comprehensive movement evaluations and performance assessments, detailed nutritional evaluations, specific corrective exercises and purposeful strength training, unique recovery strategies, along with a host of other modalities.
Adam's core fundamentals to training are quite simple; train with a purpose and do it right. An elite hockey player should train to perform better at hockey, not just to look good at the beach (although sure, a chizzled physique is an added benefit of doing things right).
Adam has been trusted by thousands of athletes over 2 decades designing highly effective individualized training and nutrition programs for each client's needs and purpose.
He's careful to develop any client to have solid form and fundamentals before attempting to lift heavier loads. Far too often people of all ages and abilities are asked to perform a movement with either too much weight or poor form, or sadly, both.
Rather than trying to put a bigger engine with the parking brake stuck and flat tires - maybe we should just unlock the brakes and inflate the tires first and see how things work before jacking up the horsepower!

TOMAS KUCIC
ISSA-CPT, PN-1, DBC-1, DTS-1
Performance and Lifestyle Coach / Personal Trainer
Tomas, accomplishing his goal of becoming a professional athlete playing basketball overseas
in various countries across Europe, really understands the demands athletes face on and off the
court.
His journey has been defined by a passion for learning biomechanics and human
movement, born out of his own struggles with chronic injuries stemming from improper lifting
techniques utilized at max intensity for countless hours in the weight room. Learning about the
human body and optimizing movement mechanics in the weight room salvaged Tomas'
professional athletic career and opened doors for him to secure contracts overseas. This
personal experience fuels his dedication to ensuring the clients he trains avoid similar pitfalls,
guiding them towards injury-free success and performance gains.
Tomas holds a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from George Brown College, where he
also made his first competitive basketball team at the age of 22 but only starting to train
basketball seriously at the age of 19. In 2020 Tomas first became a personal trainer at Goodlife
Fitness. Since then, he's continued to coach and train athletes and fitness enthusiasts,
leveraging his expertise to guide clients on their development whether it be in the weight room or in sport.
Additionally, he holds accreditations from DTS, DBC, and Precision Nutrition (PN), providing a range of specialized skills to help specific situations for certain clients. Currently he is also learning practical knowledge from a PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) Practitioner as well as continuing online education courses.
At ALP Training Institute, Tomas is excited to bring his unique skill set and coaching philosophy
to support athletes in achieving their aspirations. Whether it's optimizing performance,
preventing injuries, or overcoming setbacks, he is dedicated to guiding his clients towards
success.
If you're looking for a coach that specializes in sport specific training, especially basketball, or you're looking to increase your physical health while reducing risk for injury, Tomas is your guy!
