Starting Saturday, March 1st, and Sunday, March 2nd at 9:30 AM, we’re bringing you the same proven training system that won dozens of awards in the past, now designed to give you maximum results in less time. Whether you’re chasing that next level of fitness or simply looking to feel better in your life, these classes are for you!
Now, imagine this: It’s Saturday morning. You’re tired, but you’re ready to invest in yourself. You remember how welcoming and effortless ALP's facility is to come to and get started. No big crowds or massive classes. You walk into the gym, and right away, the energy hits you - anyone and everyone at ALP shares 1 common goal, to get better. Your coach’s enthusiasm is contagious, and you can’t help but feel the adrenaline kick in.
For the next hour (and after as long as you keep the state), you’re not just working out—you’re unlocking a new level of confidence. You push through the sweat, the burn, and chase the challenge. By the time class ends, you feel like you’ve conquered the day. You’re more than just stronger; you’re ready to own your weekend instead of falling off track like you used to.
That feeling? At least what we're told by our members and clients - It’s what happens every time you step into our group training sessions!!

NEW SIMPLIFIED ENROLLMENT

We used to offer various enrollment packages including month to month, short term (3 or 6 months) and long term (12 month), and 2 or 3 classes per week. It was designed to "shape the path" and ensure people are successful in our programs (pretty hard to generate much success with a workout here and there). But we understand, times have changed and it's really hard to feel like any money is being wasted with missed classes.
So, we've tested out some different approaches and believe we've got the BEST of both worlds to both inspire commitment and offer flexibility for those who need it - all at incredibly reasonable prices!!​​

More Info About our Classes:

We used to run a full week of 20 classes called "StrongGirls". It started as a group training program simply intended to introduce women to the many benefits of resistance training but it evolved into a community of women who motivate and support one another to become better versions of themselves.
​
Our goal with bringing back our Adult Group Training Classes on the weekend is to provide the same high quality coaching we became known for so our clients always know they're coming for a great workout and a good time!

Every #ALPfamily member shares one common goal - to get better! And we support one another to achieve this collective goal!

The Workouts:
The program is written in 4-week blocks consisting of 2 weekend workouts per week. Our ALP Method includes a mix of progressive strength training, metabolic resistance (circuits) / high-intensity interval training, and functional exercises. We're known for our unique, efficient and effective programming - all group training workouts are designed by our owner and director of High Performance - Adam Lloyd.

Measurable Progress:
You have the option to track your weights used and reps completed each workout (highly recommended) to quantify your progress month to month. And, we have an InBody Body Composition analyzer to track detailed body composition changes - all #ALPfamily members receive a $10 discount cost on InBody scans.

How We're Different:
Our Adult Group Training classes is our unique take on “boot camp” style training here at ALP-TI - yet FAR from the standard bootcamp where your gasping for air and barely able to focus on one exercise before flying off to the next.
​
Our workouts are absolutely challenging, effective and maybe even a little competitive at times (all in good fun of course, no one’s been harmed or injured) - these workouts are modeled after the team training sessions we’ve taken elite and professional athletes through for years - but dialed in to be appropriate for active adults looking for a challenge! The big difference, rather than preparing you to kick ass in sport, we’ve built this program to help you kick ass in life!

For most people that means a few things:

Losing stubborn and/or unwanted body fat

Improving your overall strength and mobility

Building muscle not to bulk up, but to look great and function better in life

Improving confidence, cognitive functioning (some of our drills will work your brain without you even knowing it), and sense of well-being

Learning a little about good nutrition habits (meal prep, etc), recovery, sleep, stress reduction, etc.

Moving and feeling better than you ever imagined!

Getting rid of your aches and pains and reducing anti-inflammatory medications (among other medications either currently taken or going to be prescribed soon if no change in lifestyle)
Whether you were ever an athlete or always wanted to live a little more of that lifestyle (aside from the rich and famous part, sorry we can't help you out there), this class offers you the ability to train a little more like an athlete and challenge yourself to exceed your limits and optimize your performance!
